How do you see yourself?
How do you see others?
What did Jesus mean when he taught, “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me?”
The proxy triangle, which is explained more fully in the book, Built to Love, represents a critical paradigm shift adopted by those who are built to love. Those who are built to love believe that Jesus said what he meant and meant what he said. They see themselves and others as extensions of Jesus Christ—different phases of the same dimension, different parts of the same body. (See John 17:11; Romans 12:5.) Empowered by the paradigm that they are God’s eyes, ears and hands, they mediate the presence of God for others through their loving behaviors.
